Deposit Requirement:

A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation.

Full Payment Due Dates:

If you are paying in full, payment is due at the time of booking.

If you are on a payment plan, the balance will be divided evenly across monthly installments, depending on your booking date.

Double Occupancy: $2,210 per person

Single Occupancy: $3,260 per person

All payments include:

Group trip package inclusions (accommodations, tours, experiences)

Ground transportation

Group host support

All applicable taxes, service, and supplier fees

 Flights are not included and must be booked separately.

 Payment Schedule (For Installment Plans)

Bookings made more than 12 months out: up to 12 monthly payments

Bookings made 6–12 months out: up to 6 monthly payments

Final balance due no later than July 15, 2026

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment.

If booking for double occupancy and a roommate cannot be secured, the balance will be adjusted to the single occupancy rate.

All group activities are based on a minimum group size; itinerary is subject to change based on final headcount and supplier availability.

Payments must be made via the Stripe link provided at booking. No alternate payment methods are accepted.

Failure to make scheduled payments may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.
