Important Travel information

  • Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond travel dates. For this tour, your passport should not expire before March 26, 2026
  • A detailed itinerary will be emailed 60 days before departure to help you plan your free time in Dubai, UAE
  • TRAVEL INSURANCE Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Trip insurance is therefore highly recommended. You should research and find the best travel insurance policy to fit your needs by doing a Google Search. We can also send you a list of vendors as well. 
  • BOOKING POLICY A 10% deposit is required upon booking confirmation to secure your reservation. The remaining balance can be paid in up to 4 instalments, depending on the time of booking: - 61 to 90 days before travel: 1 instalment after the deposit - 91 to 120 days before travel: 2 instalments after the deposit - 121 to 150 days before travel: 3 instalments after the deposit - More than 150 days before travel: 4 instalments after the deposit. The full amount must be paid at least 60 days before travel.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY We understand these are uncertain times and want to make sure you feel confident about your options if your plans change. - Deposits are non-refundable. However, if canceled more than 60 days before the travel date, you can transfer it to another date or trip. - If canceled less than 60 days before the trip, deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. The given cancellation fees will apply to the balance amount: When a cancellation is made Cancellation Cost 60 - 31 days prior to arrival 40% of the total amount 30 - 07 days prior to arrival 75% of the total amount 06 days - Less than 72 hrs or no show 100% (No Refund)
